California AG Asks EPA to Regulate Ship Emissions
California Attorney General Jerry Brown and environmental groups jointly have asked the U.S. EPA to set rules for greenhouse gas emissions for ships that originate or dock in the U.S. The EPA wants the U.N. to set international guidelines before acting.
